I got my work permit and D visa through Asia Work in about 7 weeks. Flew to Moldova, they picked me up right at the arrivals gate and the next morning I was already in Ukraine. It is my first winter here and the cold is serious, but the job is worth it. Whenever I have a question I just text them and get an answer the same day.

The whole process was transparent from start to finish. Work permit, visa, flight to Moldova, transfer to Ukraine. Asia Work arranged everything and I did not pay any hidden fees. They met me at Chisinau airport and took care of the border crossing. Now I have been working here for a few months already and I am happy with the conditions. I can always reach my manager on the phone.

Asia Work got my work permit approved and then helped with the D visa. I flew to Chisinau and their team was already there waiting. The drive to Ukraine was smooth. I have been here since December and the work is stable. On days off I walk around the city with friends. The Asia Work team is always available if we need anything, just a message away.

Asia Work is a Ukrainian recruitment company that places foreign workers from Asia in legal jobs across Ukraine. We handle every step: job matching, work permit, D visa, and arrival support. Our office is in Kyiv. Our employer network spans manufacturing, construction, logistics, and hospitality sectors throughout Ukraine.

Since 2024, Ukraine has opened its labour market to foreign workers to fill chronic shortages in skilled trades and industrial production. Employers need workers. Workers need legal jobs with proper documents. Asia Work connects both sides and handles the paperwork in between.

Why Ukraine?

Ukraine offers conditions that make it a practical destination for workers from South and Southeast Asia:

  • Legal employment framework — Ukraine issues work permits to foreign citizens through a regulated government process. Every worker we place receives a valid work permit, D visa, and employment contract.
  • Competitive salaries — Monthly wages for skilled trades range from $600 to $1,200 depending on the role, experience, and employer. Overtime and bonuses are common in manufacturing.
  • Low cost of living — Rent, food, and transport in Ukrainian cities cost significantly less than in Western Europe or the Gulf states. Many employers provide accommodation and meals as part of the employment package.
  • Path to residency — After 1 year on a work permit, foreign workers can apply for a Temporary Residence Card (TRC). After 3 years of continuous employment, permanent residence becomes available.
  • No recruitment fees for workers — At Asia Work, employers cover all service costs. Candidates pay nothing for job placement, work permit processing, or visa support.

Countries We Recruit From

Asia Work recruits workers from 12 countries across South Asia, Southeast Asia, and Central Asia:

South Asia: India, Pakistan, Bangladesh, Nepal, Sri Lanka

Southeast Asia: Vietnam, Philippines, Indonesia

Central Asia: Uzbekistan, Kazakhstan, Tajikistan

Middle East (transit): UAE, Saudi Arabia — for workers and agencies based in the Gulf

Each country has specific visa requirements, consulate procedures, and document standards. We handle the differences so candidates and agencies don't have to. See country-specific details for your nationality.

How It Works — 5 Steps

The full process from application to your first day at work takes 45 to 60 days. Here is what happens at each stage:

Step 1: Apply online. Submit your application through our application form. It takes 5 minutes. Our team reviews every application within 24 hours.

Step 2: Job matching. We match your skills, experience, and preferences with open positions from verified Ukrainian employers. You receive a concrete job offer with salary, location, and contract terms.

Step 3: Work permit. Your future employer submits the work permit application to Ukraine's State Employment Service. Asia Work's legal team prepares and verifies all documents. Processing takes 14 to 21 working days.

Step 4: D visa. Once the work permit is approved, you apply for a D-03 work visa at the Ukrainian consulate in your country. We provide a complete document package and pre-submission review.

Step 5: Arrival in Ukraine. We arrange your travel logistics, meet you at the airport or border crossing, and take you to your accommodation. On your first day, we accompany you to the workplace and help with local registration.
